The Director of Home Affairs, Mrs Pamela Tan (second right), unveiled a plaque to mark the official completion of the "Improvement Works to the Public Space under the Canal Road Flyover" today (February 25). The Chairman of the Wan Chai District Council, Mr Suen Kai-cheong (right), and the Chairman of the Wan Chai District Council District Works and Facilities Management Committee, Mr Wong Wang-tai, also officiated at the ceremony.   Close
