The Acting Secretary for Home Affairs, Ms Florence Hui, officiated at a ceremony to launch the new series of TV and radio APIs and advertisements of the "M" Mark events at the workshop today (December 8). The workshop was organised by Major Sport Events Committee (MSEC).
