Public consultation on proposed constituency boundaries for 2011 District Council Election (with photos)

The Electoral Affairs Commission chairman, Mr Justice Barnabas Fung Wah (centre), holds a press conference today (December 3) to announce details of a public consultation exercise on the provisional recommendations on the boundaries and names of constituency areas for the 2011 District Council Election.
