The Chief Executive, Mr Donald Tsang, delivers a speech at the Hong Kong-Guangdong Business Conference 2010 co-organised by InvestHK and Guangdong Province in New Delhi, India today (October 27), introducing the unique advantages of investing in Hong Kong. He cited DuPont Apollo as an example to show how overseas companies can develop their businesses using the advantages of Hong Kong and Guangdong.
