Big Wave Bay Beach in Southern District, Hong Kong Island reopened

     The Leisure and Cultural Services Department announced today (October 24) that the maintenance work of the shark prevention net at Big Wave Bay Beach in Southern District, Hong Kong Island was completed today. The red flag has been lowered and the beach has been reopened.

     The beach was temporarily closed on October 22 for the maintenance work of the shark prevention net.
