Regional Flag Day on Saturday

Please broadcast the following special announcement at frequent intervals this morning (October 23):

     The Social Welfare Department announces that today is a regional flag day.  End Child Sexual Abuse Foundation, Hong Kong and Macau Lutheran Church Limited and Hans Andersen Club Limited will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and the New Territories respectively.
