CS to visit Shanghai

     The Chief Secretary for Administration, Mr Henry Tang, will depart for Shanghai tomorrow (October 23) afternoon to officiate at the East Asia All Stars Concert Shanghai 2010 to be held that evening.  The concert is the last large-scale event marking Hong Kong's participation in the Expo 2010 Shanghai China.

     Mr Tang will return to Hong Kong on October 24.  During his absence, the Secretary for Education, Mr Michael Suen, will be acting Chief Secretary for Administration.
