The Lands Department this afternoon (October 12) held the eighth land auction of the 2010-2011 financial year. A government lot in Kowloon Tong was sold for $1,630 million.
The lot, New Kowloon Inland Lot No. 6423 at No.3 and 5 Ede Road, Kowloon Tong, was sold to PANAYORK LIMITED at $1,630 million. The opening bid was $1,053 million. New Kowloon Inland Lot No. 6423 has a site area of about 2,808 square metres and is designated for private residential purposes. A minimum gross floor area of 5,054 square metres must be completed. The maximum gross floor area is 8,424 square metres.
The auction was conducted at the Queen Elizabeth Stadium, Wan Chai, by the Deputy Director of Lands, Mr Graham Ross, who was assisted by the Chief Estate Surveyor, Mr Tony Moyung.
