The public consultation on Subsidising Home Ownership will close on September 17 (Friday).
A spokesman for the Transport and Housing Bureau (THB) said that members of the public may continue to send in their views before the closing date through the designated fax, email or postal addresses, and they may also express their views on the e-engagement platforms, i.e. the eForum on THB's website and the dedicated Facebook page.
"Both the eForum on THB's website and the dedicated Facebook page will be closed at 24:00 hours on September 17," the spokesman said.
To ensure extensive participation, the THB has also engaged the public and stakeholders through a variety of other channels, including forums, consultation sessions and focus group meetings.
At the end of the consultation exercise, the THB will compile and publish a report that contains a compendium of the views received through the above-mentioned channels.
