Under Secretaries and Political Assistants to visit Shanghai

At the invitation of the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the State Council, 16 Under Secretaries and Political Assistants will visit Shanghai from September 5 to September 8.
The delegation, to be led by the Director of the Chief Executive's Office, Mr Raymond Tam, will meet Shanghai government officials to exchange views on issues of mutual interest and to learn more about Shanghai's city planning. They will also visit some infrastructure projects and tour Expo 2010 Shanghai China.
The visit aims to enhance the officials' understanding of developments in Shanghai and foster co-operation between the two cities.
