Live it (Hong Kong) Ltd today (August 28) announced the launch of its online gift platform in Hong Kong. Its unique way of gift giving, the presentation of a gift experience packaged as a certificate or voucher and delivered direct to the recipient in a specially wrapped box, is a novel idea in Hong Kong.
Live it (Hong Kong) Ltd is a partnership between Sweden's Live it Group AB and Hong Kong's Tioba (Hong Kong) Ltd serving customers in Hong Kong, Macau, and Guangdong province in Mainland China. The company is also in the process of collaborating with reputable retailers in addition to its online platform.
Partner and Managing Director of Live it (Hong Kong) Ltd, Ms Louise Westerlind, said, "The gift experience concept was pioneered in the UK more than 20 years ago, and then became popular across Europe followed by North America. It is relatively new in Hong Kong and we saw a great opportunity in this mature market where people are always busy and finding the perfect gift is difficult. The advantage of our service is that we offer opportunities for experience partners to attract new customers while also allowing gift givers and recipients to select experiences in a personalised, unique, and efficient way."
