The Secretary for Home Affairs, Mr Tsang Tak-sing, watched a teenager practise rock climbing in The Friends of Scouting Jockey Club Long Ping Service Centre for Children and Youth during his visit to Yuen Long today (July 30). The centre is one of the bodies sponsored by Yuen Long District Office to provide a variety of activities under the anti-youth drug abuse community programme.   Close
