"The Hospital Authority announces that its general out-patient clinics and specialist clinics including physiotherapy and occupational therapy will close as the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal has been issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. Out-patients are advised to make a new appointment after the cancellation of the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal. Accident and Emergency services at hospitals will operate as normal.
Furthermore, if the signal is not cancelled by 6pm, evening general out-patient clinics will also close."
