The Government published a notice in the Gazette today (July 9) on the proposed amendments to road works ancillary to the drainage improvement works at Cheung Chun San Tsuen, Kam Tin and Kam Tsin Wai, Pat Heung.
The proposed amendments, which aim to ameliorate the effect of the proposed works at the request of the public, include conversion of a section of the maintenance access into road and deletion of two gates.
The proposed amendment plans and amendment scheme are available for public inspection at the following places during office hours:
(i) Central and Western District Office, Public Enquiry Service Centre, Unit 5, Ground Floor, The Center, 99 Queen's Road Central;
(ii) Yuen Long District Office, Public Enquiry Service Centre, Ground Floor, Yuen Long District Office Building, 269 Castle Peak Road, Yuen Long; and
(iii) District Lands Office, Yuen Long, 9th Floor, Yuen Long Government Offices, 2 Kiu Lok Square, Yuen Long.
Any person who wishes to object to the proposed amendments should write to the Secretary for Transport and Housing, 16th floor, Murray Building, Garden Road, on or before September 7.
