Update of registration particulars for electors to end on June 29
**********************************************************

Registered electors should report any change in address or other registration particulars to the Registration and Electoral Office (REO) by June 29, a spokesman for the REO said today (June 22).

"Failure to do so may affect their eligibility to vote in future Legislative Council and District Council elections," the spokesman said.

Electors are also encouraged to provide or update their email addresses. The email address will be provided to the candidates concerned for sending election advertisements.

Relevant forms can be downloaded from the voter registration website (www.voterregistration.gov.hk). They are also available from the REO, Public Enquiry Service Centres of the District Offices, and management offices of public housing estates.

Registered electors can send their completed forms by mail to the REO at 10/F, Guardian House, 32 Oi Kwan Road, Wan Chai, or by fax to 2891 1180.

Enquiries can be made to the REO hotline on 2891 1001.
