Winning entries in the "Fairy Tales of Flowers" photo competition of the Hong Kong Flower Show 2010, which was organised by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) and held in March at Victoria Park, are now (June 16) on display in Kowloon Park Arcade until July 18, from 7am to 11pm daily. Admission to the exhibition is free.

The photo competition, jointly organised by the LCSD and Television Broadcasts Limited (TVB), was one of the show's major fringe activities to promote community greening. This year, the competition received over 5,600 entries.

The competition was divided into three categories - category A: portrait of TVB artistes and Miss Hong Kong (open section and student section); category B: flower; and category C: snapshots.

Winning entries include impressive photographs of beautiful flowers and plants, interesting features, portraits of artistes from TVB and Miss Hong Kong title holders in the garden displays.

Winning entries are also uploaded at LCSD's website, www.lcsd.gov.hk , for public viewing.
