Government adjusts Outbound Travel Alert for Thailand to amber

A government spokesman said, "As the situation there may still change, the Security Bureau will continue to monitor the situation closely, and adjust its alert level if necessary.  Residents should pay attention to announcements by the bureau."

Residents who need assistance while outside Hong Kong may call the 24-hour hotline of the Assistance to Hong Kong Residents Unit of the Immigration Department at (852) 1868.
