The agenda of the Legislative Council (LegCo) meeting, scheduled for tomorrow (June 2) at 11am in the Chamber of the LegCo Building, has been revised. In addition to the original agenda items, Hon Miriam Lau Kin-yee will move a motion under the Rule 49E(2) of the Rules of Procedure to make the Council take note of the Report No. 12/09-10 of the House Committee laid on the Table of the Council on June 2, 2010 in relation to the Dutiable Commodities (Exempted Quantities) (Amendment) Notice 2010.
Meanwhile, Dr Hon Priscilla Leung Mei-fun will move an amendment to Hon Miriam Lau Kin-yee's amendment to the motion on "Increasing the powers and responsibilities of District Councils in district planning".
