| In his capacity as the Chef de Mission of the HKSAR Delegation to the 4th All-China Games, the Secretary for Home Affairs, Mr Tsang Tak-sing, arrived in Hefei city, Anhui province this evening (May 15), to show his support for the Hong Kong athletes and to attend the opening ceremony tomorrow.
