A man was intercepted at Lo Wu Control Point yesterday (May 4). Four puppies without any permit were uncovered inside a carrying bag. The 59-year-old man, charged with an offence in relation to import of animals without a valid permit, appeared in Fanling Magistrates' Courts this morning (May 5) and was fined $3,000.   Close
