The Lands Department announced today (April 28) that two residential sites on the Application List, one at the junction of Fat Kwong Street and Chung Hau Street, Ho Man Tin, Kowloon, Kowloon Inland Lot No. 11175, and the other at 103 Mount Nicholson Road, The Peak, Hong Kong, Inland Lot No. 9007, will be disposed of by public auction.
The auction of Kowloon Inland Lot No. 11175 will be held at 2.30pm on June 8, 2010, at the Queen Elizabeth Stadium, Wan Chai.
Inland Lot No. 9007 will be sold by auction at 3pm on July 28, 2010, at Tsuen Wan Town Hall.
Kowloon Inland Lot No. 11175 has a site area of about 16,151 square metres and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 48,453 square metres and 80,755 square metres respectively.
Inland Lot No. 9007 has a site area of about 23,312 square metres and is also designated for private residential purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 18,109 square metres and 30,180.4 square metres respectively.
The final Conditions of Sale for Kowloon Inland Lot No. 11175 and for Inland Lot No. 9007 will be available for distribution and uploaded onto the Lands Department's website (www.landsd.gov.hk) by May 20, 2010, and July 9, 2010 respectively, when the particulars of the land auction will also be gazetted.
