Fatal case of human swine influenza at Princess Margaret Hospital

The spokesperson of Princess Margaret Hospital (PMH) today (April 15) announced the following fatal case of human swine influenza (HSI):
PMH was informed by the Centre for Health Protection yesterday (April 14) that the test result of a 58-year-old man with diabetes mellitus was positive for HSI. He had been sent to PMH's Accident and Emergency Department at midnight on April 11 after collapsing at home and was certified dead on arrival. The case has been referred to the Coroner for investigation.
