    Please broadcast the following special announcement at frequent intervals this morning (February 13):

    The Social Welfare Department announces that today is a regional flag day.  The Society for Truth and Light, the Hong Kong Award for Young People and Suicide Prevention Services will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and the New Territories respectively.
