Police are investigating an attempted murder and suicide case in Sham Shui Po ˇ@this afternoon (February 7)in which a 41-year-old woman died.
About 1 pm, Police received a report that a 41-year-old woman and her 4-year-old daughter fell from height inside a shopping mall on Yen Chow Street. The woman was found lying on the ground and her daughter was held by a net.
The woman was certified dead by the ambulancemen at scene. The girl was sent to the Caritas Medical Centre for medical treatment without superficial injury. ˇ@ˇ@
A post-mortem examination will be conducted later to ascertain the cause of the womanˇ¦s death.
Investigations by the District Crime Squad of Sham Shui Po are underway.
