The Government Property Agency is inviting tenders for the purchase of 46 flats and 46 designated car parking spaces in one parcel at former government quarters at 8 and 10 Caldecott Road, Kowloon. The tender notice was gazetted today (February 5).
Each flat has a saleable area of about 253.7 square metres (about 2,731 square feet). The flats together with the designated car parking spaces will be sold either with vacant possession or subject to existing tenancies.
Flat 27 on 2/F and Flat 42 on 9/F at 10 Caldecott Road will open for inspection by interested parties during the following periods:
(i) February 9 (Tuesday) from 9am to 1pm
(ii) February 18 (Thursday) from 2pm to 6pm
(iii) February 23 (Tuesday) from 9am to 1pm
(iv) February 25 (Thursday) from 2pm to 6pm
(v) March 2 (Tuesday) from 9am to 1pm
(vi) March 4 (Thursday) from 9am to 1pm
Interested parties are required to register at the reception counter at the entrance lobby on the ground floor of 10 Caldecott Road before inspection.
Tender documents are available for collection at the Government Property Agency, 31/F, Revenue Tower, 5 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, during office hours (8.30am to 5.45pm from Mondays to Fridays). They can also be downloaded from the agency's website: (www.gpa.gov.hk).
Interested bidders must submit their tenders before noon on March 5. Late tenders will not be accepted.
