Services provided by Mobile Library 2 and 9 would be suspended at different periods in February for routine maintenance, a Leisure and Cultural Services Department spokesman announced today (January 28).
Service points of Mobile Library 9 to be affected from February 5-16 are Tai Hong Street in Lei King Wan, Shing Man Lane in Heng Fa Chuen, Kai Yip Estate in Kowloon Bay, Tsui Ping (South) Estate in Kwun Tong, Tin Wan Estate and Siu Sai Wan Estate. For enquiries about the services of Mobile Library 9, please call 2505 4690.
Service points of Mobile Library 2 to be affected from February 12-25 are Mei Lam Estate, Kwong Yuen Estate, Lee On Estate, Sui Wo Court, Yiu On Estate and Sun Chui Estate in Sha Tin, Kwong Fuk Estate in Tai Po, Sheung Tak Estate, Hau Tak Estate and Po Lam Estate in Tseung Kwan O. For enquiries about the services of Mobile Library 2, please call 2605 1071.
People are welcome to use other public libraries during the service suspension periods. They may also renew library materials by telephoning 2698 0002 or 2827 2833, or via the Internet on www.hkpl.gov.hk.
