Police today (January 16) appealed to the public for information on a body found in Cheung Chau on December 8, 2009.
About 12.30pm on that day, Police received a report that the body of a man was found inside a unit on Tai San Street in Cheung Chau.
The body is believed to be that of a man aged 60. He is about 1.6 meters tall with thin build and short hair. An identity card of a holder bearing the name of "Lee Kwong" was found at the scene.
Initial investigations revealed no suspicious circumstances surrounding his death.
Anyone who has information on the identity or the next of kin of the deceased is urged to contact officers of Administration Support Sub-unit of Cheung Chau Police Station on 2986 0231 or 2986 0200, or any police station.
