The Town Planning Board today (December 24) announced amendments to the draft Kwai Chung Outline Zoning Plan (OZP).
The amendments involve the zoning boundary adjustments of the ex-O Pui Shan Boys' Home, the fresh water service reservoirs and the fresh water pumping station along Cheung Hang Road and clarification of the Remarks of the Notes for the "Comprehensive Development Area", "Residential (Group A)", "Residential (Group B)" and "Residential (Group E)" zones.
The draft Kwai Chung OZP No S/KC/23 incorporating the amendments is now available for public inspection during normal office hours at the Secretariat of the Town Planning Board, the Planning Enquiry Counters in North Point and Sha Tin, the Tsuen Wan and West Kowloon District Planning Office and the Kwai Tsing District Office.
Any person can make written representation in respect of the amendment to the Secretary of the Town Planning Board on or before February 24, 2010. Representations made to the Town Planning Board will be available for public inspection.
Copies of the draft OZP are available for sale at the Map Publications Centres in North Point and Yau Ma Tei. The electronic version of the OZP can be viewed at the Town Planning Board's website (www.info.gov.hk/tpb).
