The Chief Secretary for Administration, Mr Henry Tang, held a mini-concert at the Victoria House this afternoon (December 12) for over 100 secondary and primary students to celebrate Christmas. He hoped that the participating students would know more friends from different backgrounds and encouraged the students to learn to appreciate music and culture.   Close
