The Town Planning Board (the Board) today (December 11) announced amendments to the approved Tung Chung Town Centre Area Outline Zoning Plan (OZP).
The amendments mainly involve the rezoning of a site to the east of Tat Tung Road in Area 3 from "Commercial" to "Commercial(1)" and the adjustment of the zoning boundaries of "Other Specified Uses" annotated "Cable Car Terminal and related Commercial Development", "Comprehensive Development Area", "Open Space", "Government, Institution or Community" and areas shown as 'Road'.
The draft Tung Chung Town Centre Area OZP No. S/I-TCTC/17, incorporating the amendments, is now available for public inspection during office hours at the Secretariat of the Town Planning Board, the Planning Enquiry Counters in North Point and Sha Tin, the Sai Kung and Islands District Planning Office, the Islands District Office and the Tung Chung Rural Committee.
Any person can make written representations in respect of the amendments to the Secretary of the Town Planning Board on or before February 11, 2010. Representations made to the Board will be available for public inspection.
