The Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr Stephen Lam (right), attended the Yau Tsim Mong District Council meeting today (December 10) to discuss the Consultation Document on the Methods for Selecting the Chief Executive and for Forming the Legislative Council in 2012. Mr Lam introduced the consultation document to the District Councillors and listened to their views on the two electoral methods in 2012.   Close
