The Permanent Secretary for Transport and Housing (Transport), Mr Francis Ho, currently leading a Hong Kong Logistics Development Council delegation on a visit to the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg, spoke at a luncheon in Rotterdam today (November 24).
