The Food and Environmental Hygiene Department (FEHD) reminded the public that auctions for Lunar New Year (LNY) Fair stalls in the New Territories would start next Monday (November 9).
In the New Territories, 669 wet goods stalls, 300 dry goods stalls and six fast food stalls will be set up at nine fairs at Sha Tsui Road Playground in Tsuen Wan, Kwai Chung Sports Ground in Kwai Tsing, the open space in front of Tin Hau Temple in Tuen Mun, Tung Tau Industrial Area Playground in Yuen Long, Shek Wu Hui Playground in North District, Tin Hau Temple Fung Shui Square in Tai Po, Yuen Wo Playground in Sha Tin, Man Yee Playground in Sai Kung and Po Hong Park in Tseung Kwan O.

A bidder for the LNY fair stalls must be at least 18 years old and ordinarily resident in Hong Kong.
Anyone can bid for more than one stall. A successful bidder must pay the bid price of the stall immediately after the auction or will forfeit the right to the stall, and the stall concerned will be re-auctioned immediately.
