| The Director of Leisure and Cultural Services, Mrs Betty Fung (second left); Deputy Secretaries for Home Affairs, Mr Jonathan McKinley (second right) and Mr Vincent Liu (left) arrived in Jinan today (October 16) to cheer for the Hong Kong athletes participating in the 11th National Games. They then accompanied the Secretary for Home Affairs, Mr Tsang Tak-sing, to attend the Games' opening ceremony in the evening.
