Director Albert Cheuk Chun-yin of the Hong Kong Police College, receives the Asian Most Admired Knowledge Enterprise Award on behalf of the Force in Seoul, South Korea this evening (October 14). The annual award praises the Force for their efforts in developing knowledge workers through senior management leadership, which have out-performed their peers by growth in intellectual capital. The Hong Kong Police Force is the first HKSAR Government Department to be given the Award.   Close
