A bidder for the LNY fair stalls must be at least 18 years old and ordinarily resident in Hong Kong.

Anyone can bid for more than one stall. A successful bidder must pay the bid price of the stall immediately after the auction or will forfeit the right to the stall, and the stall concerned will be re-auctioned immediately.

All fair sites will be made available three days in advance for the setting up of stalls from February 5 to 7. In the event of any unforeseeable reasons that cause a reduction of the whole fair period (including the duration for setting up and of the fair), the first two days of the remaining period will be restricted to setting up of stalls by successful bidders and the venue will not be opened to the public. The bidding price paid will be refunded to the successful bidder on a pro-rata basis.

Stall licensees must completely remove the stall structure and all paraphernalia, together with all refuse, debris and unsold commodities (whether damaged or otherwise), from the licensed area before 7am on February 14.

Stall licensees should not mutilate, destroy, damage or abandon any unsold commodities at or in the vicinity of the stall. They may surrender unsold flowers and plants left behind at the stall to the FEHD at no charge, cost or compensation whatsoever, before 7am on February 14.

For more information about the auctions, please call the FEHD hotline 2868 0000.
