Police will implement crowd control measures and special traffic arrangements in Tsim Sha Tsui to facilitate a celebration parade to be held on October 3 (Saturday).
The traffic arrangements will be implemented in three phases.
Phase I
It will start at 12 pm until such time as directed otherwise by Traffic Police.

1. A section of Canton Road between Haiphong Road and Peking Road will be closed;
2. Traffic along southbound Canton Road will be diverted to turn left onto eastbound Haiphong Road;
3. A section of Peking Road between Canton Road and Kowloon Park Drive will be closed.
Phase II
It will start at 1.30 pm until such time as directed otherwise by Traffic Police.

1. A section of Canton Road between Kowloon Park Drive and Haiphong Road will be closed;
2. Traffic along southbound Canton Road can only either proceed onto southbound Kowloon Park Drive, or make a U-turn outside China HK City;
3. Traffic along northbound Kowloon Park Drive cannot turn left onto southbound Canton Road;
4. Haiphong Road will be closed;
5. A section of Ashley Road between Haiphong Road and Peking Road will be closed;
6. A section of Hankow Road between Haiphong Road and Peking Road will be closed;
7. Lock Road will be closed;
8. Ichang Street will be closed;
9. A section of Peking Road between Ashley Road and Hankow Road will be closed;
10. Traffic turn onto eastbound Peking Road from Kowloon Park Drive can only turn right onto southbound Ashley Road.
Phase III
It will start at 2.30 pm until such time as directed otherwise by Traffic Police.

1. Section of Canton Road between Peking Road and Salisbury Road will be closed;
2. Star Ferry Bus Terminus will be closed;
3. A section of eastbound Salisbury Road between Canton Road and Kowloon Park Drive, and between Nathan Road and Hong Chong Road, will be closed;
4. Westbound Salisbury Road will be closed;
5. A section of southbound Nathan Road between Mody Road and Salisbury Road will be closed;
6. A section of Middle Road between Nathan Road and Middle Road Bus Terminus, and between Middle Road Bus Terminus and Salisbury Road, will be closed;
7. Middle Road Bus Terminus will be closed;
8. A section of Chatham Road South between Mody Road and Salisbury Road will be closed;
9. Northbound Mody Lane will be closed;
10. The U-loop lead way outside Nikko Hotel leading from eastbound Salisbury Road onto westbound Salisbury Road will be closed;
11. Southbound Salisbury Road Elevated Road will be closed;
12. Both bounds of Salisbury Road Underpass will be closed;
13. Hong Wan Path will be closed;
14. Hung Hom Bypass will be closed;
15. Traffic along southbound Hung Hom Road will be directed off from Hung Hom Bypass to the roundabout at Cheong Tung Road South;
16. Traffic along southbound Princess Margaret Road Link Road cannot enter southbound Hung Hom Bypass while all traffic on eastbound Metropolis Drive will be allowed to turn left to northbound Hung Hom Bypass but not allowed to turn right onto southbound Hung Hom Bypass;
17. First lane of westbound Metropolis Drive will be closed when the Parade is approaching.
Bus Diversion

1. Bus Terminus at Star Ferry and Middle Road will be suspended;
2. All franchised buses on southbound Nathan Road will be diverted into westbound Public Square Street and Jordan Road respectively.
Emergency Access
----------------
Westbound Hung Hom Bypass, Salisbury Road, Southbound Nathan Road between Mody Road and Salisbury Road, fast lane of Canton Road between Kowloon Park Drive and Salisbury Road will be retained as emergency access routes for emergency vehicles during the period of road closures.
Hotel access and Carpark access

Vehicular access to and from hotels within the affected areas will not be permitted during the period of road closures. Access to car parks within the affected area will also be restricted.
On-street parking

On-street parking will not be suspended during the short period of road closure. Vehicles parked thereat will not be permitted to move and enter the route of the parade within certain roads that closed for the event.
