    Please broadcast the following special announcement at frequent intervals this morning (September 26):

    The Social Welfare Department announces that today is a regional flag day.  Retina Hong Kong, Hong Kong Adventure Corps Limited and Pok Oi Hospital will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and the New Territories respectively.
