Services provided by Mobile Library 8 would be suspended from tomorrow (September 23) until September 29 for routine maintenance, a Leisure and Cultural Services Department spokesman announced today (September 22).
Service points of Mobile Library 8 to be affected are Laguna City in Lam Tin, Po Tat Estate in Sau Mau Ping, Tai Hang Tung Estate, Laguna Verde in Hung Hom and Fu Cheong Estate in Sham Shui Po. For enquiries about the services of Mobile Library 8, please call 2926 3055.
The service point of Mobile Library 2 at Yiu On Estate in Sha Tin will temporarily be suspended because wall repair work is not yet completed. The service is tentatively planned to resume from 10am on October 17. For enquiries about the services of Mobile Library 2, please call 2605 1071.
People are welcome to use other public libraries during the service suspension periods. They may also renew library materials by telephoning 2698 0002 or 2827 2833, or via the Internet at www.hkpl.gov.hk.
