The Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development, Mrs Rita Lau, today (September 15) visited Tsuen Wan District. During her visit to a traditional vinegar seasoning shop, Mrs Lau was interested to learn from the younger generation owner of the traditional shop that they were applying modern management concept and seeking quality certification of products.   Close
