     The results of the by-election in the Kwai Shing East Estate constituency of the Kwai Tsing District Council yesterday (September 6) are as follows:

        Li Chi-fai                 1,099

        Chow Wai-hung Rayman       1,356

        Lai Fan-fong               1,451

     Lai Fan-fong was declared elected to the Kwai Tsing District Council.
