The Secretary for Justice, Mr Wong Yan Lung, SC, meets unexpectedly today (August 24) his primary teacher, Ms Luk, during his visit to the Jolly Place in Tseung Kwan O, a Senior Citizen Residence Scheme operated by the Housing Society and managed by the Haven of Hope Christian Service.
