Appointment to Legal Aid Services Council

     The Government today (August 14) announced the appointment of a new member to the Legal Aid Services Council.

     The Chief Executive has appointed Mr Patrick Ma Ching-hang as a member of the council.

     The term of appointment is one year, starting from September 1.

      The council is responsible for overseeing the administration of the legal aid services provided by the Legal Aid Department and advising the Government on legal aid policy.
