Land resumption for channel works in Lau Fau Shan

     The Government will resume six private agricultural lots with a total area of about 937.1 square metres to construct Hang Hau Tsuen Channel to alleviate the flooding problem in the vicinity of Lau Fau Shan, Yuen Long.

     A notice for the land resumption was published in the Gazette today (August 7).

     The construction works will start at the end of December this year for completion by the end of June 2013.
