The Secretary for Home Affairs, Mr Tsang Tak-sing, witnessed young people from Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao completing the "Guangdong-HK-Macao Youth Cultural Tour" at a closing ceremony held in Guangzhou today (July 20).
