HK's Expo pavilion on solid footing 300 days out from big event (with photos/videos)

The Chief Secretary for Administration, Mr Henry Tang, delivered a speech today (July 2) in Shanghai at the foundation completion ceremony of the Hong Kong Pavilion for Expo 2010.
