The Secretary for the Environment, Mr Edward Yau, today (June 27) visited a convenience store and supermarket in Kornhill Plaza to see their preparation for the environmental levy scheme. He is pleased to see that stickers and tent cards are placed at the cashier counters of the convenience store to remind the customers that they will have pay a levy of 50 cents for each plastic shopping bag they ask for.   Close
