Iran-bound Hong Kong travellers should watch local situation

In view of the recent developments in Iran, a government spokesman today (June 21) advised Hong Kong residents who planned to visit Iran to pay close attention to the situation there. Those who are already there should exercise caution and avoid places where there are protests or large gatherings of people.

Residents who need assistance while outside Hong Kong may call the hotline of the Assistance to Hong Kong Residents Unit of the Immigration Department at (852)1868.
