In response to media enquiries today (June 8) on the result of the expression of interest exercise for taking over sponsorship of Pegasus Philip Wong Kin Hang Primary School cum Junior Secondary School in Yau Tong Estate, Kwun Tong District, a spokesman for the Education Bureau (EDB) said:
"At the close of the expressions of interest exercise at 5 pm today for taking over the sponsorship of Pegasus Philip Wong Kin Hang Primary School cum Junior Secondary School in Yau Tong Estate, Kwun Tong District, we have received 25 responses which we are now studying. We plan to launch the School Allocation Exercise at mid this week to invite qualified organisations concerned to submit school proposals. We hope to announce the allocation result before mid-July so that the takeover organisation can make necessary arrangements as early as possible."
