HK and Mainland sign memorandum on sports co-operation (with photos)

The Secretary for Home Affairs, Mr Tsang Tak-sing (standing centre), today (May 29) witnesses the signing ceremony of a collaboration memorandum between the Hong Kong Sports Institute and five training and research institutes on the Mainland for elite athletes.
